I like starting with a real problem and following it through to a working system.

I enjoy understanding the problem before I write code. That usually means reading the context, trying to see how the system should behave, and then building something that can actually be used.

I’m comfortable moving between software and hardware, and I prefer complete working systems over isolated demos. I also learn best by building things, breaking them, and improving them over time.
